I choose to effectively communicate with customers and team members in this role: It is essential for a good working environment.
I share a wide breadth of knowledge with customers, often pertaining to technology and the company warranty.
I enjoy working as part of the team: Close bonds have been forged and I have lots of respect for my colleagues.
I work quickly but avoid mistakes so we can serve all our customers and benefit the business.
Over the years I've provided a significant amount of tech support to many different people. This tech support can range from explaining how their PC works, to elaborate repairs. I repaired my friends Nintendo Switch Joy-con controllers, as they had analog stick drift and connectivity issues. I opened up the Joy-cons, taking pictures along the way for record,
I also fixed another persons PC that wasn't working. It wouldn't post, so I disassembled the system, noting that the standoff screws were too tight. Upon careful reassembly, I got the system to boot up!
I also reassembled a passively cooled PC that a technician couldn't manage. The construction was complex, yet I successfully resolved the issue.
